SkillSpark Youth Association is a Section 8 (Not-for-Profit) organization established with a clear and urgent mission: to empower rural youth through skill development, employability enhancement, and sustainable livelihood creation. In just eight months since inception, SkillSpark has laid strong foundations to emerge as a catalyst for inclusive growth and social transformation.
India’s rural youth possess immense potential, yet continue to face persistent barriers—limited access to quality training, inadequate industry exposure, and insufficient career guidance. SkillSpark addresses these challenges through practical, market-aligned skill programs that prepare young individuals not only for immediate employment, but for long-term economic independence.

A seasoned banker and consultant with over three decades of experience, Mr. Khatreja has held senior leadership roles across banking, financial services, and consulting. His professional journey includes extensive work with Big 4 consulting firms in the United States, contributing to large-scale transformation, governance, and strategy initiatives.

Mrs. Shashi Khatreja
Director
